Shipping policy

Our processing time (the time it takes to package and ship out your order) is 1-2 business days, for in stock products. 

Most shipping is done thru UPS. Average shipping time is 5-8 business days for economy shipping, 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for Express shipping depending on your location. This only includes Monday-Friday business days and excludes holidays.

All orders will include a tracking number that is sent via your shipping confirmation email, which is sent when the item leaves our facility. 

We are not responsible for any delays that UPS may encounter and the only information available to us is the same information displayed for you through your tracking number. Packages may incur additional delays while shipping due to holidays, weather events or additional reasons outside of our control.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your item has been returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we can only reship the item to the correct address if an additional shipping label is purchased. We do not get refunded on shipping labels purchased and sent to incorrect addresses, so an additional label has to be purchased for the item to be resent.
